As the world's first "smart" halter for horses, NIGHTWATCH™ had the ability to revolutionize the equine health industry.
Although the brand had social media profiles, the team needed a tightly integrated digital content strategy to drive interest in the product and secure pre-orders. With a background in content marketing plus decades of equine experience—both as backyard owner and a competitive show rider—I was approached by NIGHTWATCH™ to elevate their social media presence to the next level. I developed a comprehensive and actionable plan targeting equine owners that is still in place today.
In addition to developing the digital strategy, I also contracted with NIGHTWATCH™ to take the reins of their social media channels and jump-start their platforms. During a three month period, I grew their instagram following by 50%, identified and approached key influencers to test-drive and endorse the product, and developed an editorial calendar and wrote content for the NIGHTWATCH™ blog.
